Renowned for its signature charm bracelet, Danish jewellery brand PANDORA is launching an exclusive premium jewellery range called LovePods.
Designed by the two design talents, Mads Trolle and Lee Antony Gray, LovePods is a contemporary and skilfully crafted 18-carat gold range featuring beautifully cut precious stones in a spectrum of colour variations. Inspiration comes from nature’s own soft, organic and feminine aesthetics with clean, sweeping design lines repeated throughout the collection’s rings, necklaces and earrings. Mads Trolle and Lee Antony Gray have worked together for the well-known jewellery brands Georg Jensen and Ole Lynggaard.
Lee Antony Gray says; “There has been a strong return to organic shapes within design. This inspired us to study where these shapes and styles come from, and we ended in nature’s own design diversity of plant structures, flowers, and seed pods. The smooth, delicate flowing, beautiful natural shapes which you see, for example, in seed pods made us want to play with the possibilities of combining these shapes and interpreting them so they could be used in jewellery design.”
At the heart of the collection are a number of rings which can be mixed and matched so you can compose your own unique bouquet of delicate precious stones, such as dazzling diamonds, purple amethyst, red topaz or smoky quartz. These colours can be matched or contrasted with the precious stones which feature on the earrings and necklaces, creating an entirely individual and bespoke look that can be changed as your mood or wardrobe dictates.

LovePods will be available in selected stockists nationwide from June 1st 2009.
