Whenever possible we will send your items with branded packaging, in some cases, for example Storywheels, we no longer have the appropriate packaging and because we are discounting our products the distributors will not supply any more, when this happens we will provide alternate packaging.
We offer several options for shipping services at different prices. Please note that the default option given to you at checkout will always be Special delivery, this is the only service available from Royal Mail which covers jewellery in case of loss. Should you choose recorded or standard delivery your parcel can not be claimed for in the event of loss if it contains jewellery. Parcels sent by Recorded or Special delivery which we process using the address given on the order will be deemed to be safely delivered once a signature has been obtained by the Royal Mail. Please be aware that if your parcel is mislaid after it has been accepted for delivery we cannot process a claim for a lost parcel.
UK orders under £20 can be sent via Royal Mail 1st class post at a cost of £2.25 Items dispatched using standard delivery do not have a guaranteed delivery time and can take up to 15 working days to be delivered. We strongly advise customers NOT to use standard delivery or recorded delivery for any items of real jewellery as it is not insured and we cannot make claims for parcels lost. note from Royal Mail website "If you need to send valuable items (e.g. cash, jewellery, tickets and vouchers) use our Special Delivery™ Next Day service." Special Delivery is always our default option at check out, should you wish to change this please use the drop down box.
UK Orders over £200 will qualify for Free Royal Mail Special Delivery.
UK orders over £100 qualify for next day delivery for the discounted rate of £6.50 and will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day; this means your order is guaranteed to be delivered the next day before 1pm and requires a signature on delivery. This excludes Saturday next day deliveries which includes orders made between Thursday 4p.m. and Friday 4.p.m. this form of Special delivery costs £10
Orders valued less than £100 can be delivered by one of two methods. Special delivery next day guaranteed for £7.50. Or Recorded delivery for £4.95 this service has no guaranteed delivery time and usually takes 2 - 5 days. Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday. Orders must be placed before 3pm to qualify for next Day delivery, Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Any orders placed after 3pm on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
Our delivery costs are per order, not per item. A signature is required at the point of delivery for all orders. Should there be no one to accept delivery the parcel will be sent back to your local postal centre and you will be left a card detailing how to arrange re-delivery or local pick up. If the carrier does not hear from you for around 5 days after a card has been left, they will return the package to us. Should you then require the parcel to be redelivered, a delivery charge will be incurred.
International orders will sent using a signed for service (usually Royal Mail International Signed For™), and delivery costs are as follows:
We are happy to refund or exchange goods however please read our terms and conditions. When returning items please remember to include your order number and a note stating whether you would like a refund or exchange. For exchanges, please include ££7 cash or cheque (made payable to Me Me Me Accessories Ltd.) to cover postage and packing costs.
All goods must be received by us in perfect and unused condition within 7 days of receipt for full no quibble refund (excluding our postage/handling costs) – please retain proof of postage.
We do not accept responsibility for returned goods until they have been received by us and accounted for. Therefore we advise you to return parcels using a 'signed for' service, although this is at your discretion. For particularly valuable items you should use Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent postage service. We will only refund postage costs incurred by prior agreement. Please ensure the goods are covered by sufficient insurance. The responsibility of goods being returned to us lies with the sender and lost parcels must be claimed for by the sender to the carrier.
Please note when returning goods an administration fee may be charged before the refund is processed. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded.
In the instance that we agree to pay customers return postal costs, they will only be paid at the rate at which they were originally charged for the outbound postage for that item.
