All of our prices are highly competitive and we aim to get your item back to you within 10 working days.

What to do now

• Gather your item(s) for repair.
• Complete the jewellery packing slip form.
• Put your jewellery (wrapped securely in bubble wrap or a suiable alternative) and packing slip into an envelope.
• Post your items to us using a secure postage service. We recommend you use Royal Mail Special Delivery and insure your parcel accordingly.
• Retain the label for your own tracking and insurance purposes.
• As soon as we receive your item(s) a member of our team will contact you to let you know your jewellery has arrived.
